Zela teaches that the most powerful and effective use of tarot is as a tool for psychospiritual transformation and development. The symbolism of tarot reflects an exhaustive set of archetypes for human experience that can be leveraged for problem-solving and personal growth.
The cards act as primers, facilitating the process of accessing the ocean of wisdom that exists in our subconscious. Tarot can help you examine the past and the present, providing clarity and information that you can use to intentionally and consciously create your future.

Zela’s Booking Policies
After purchasing a reading you will receive an email with important information. Please check your spam folder (mark the email as “not spam/junk”). If you did not receive the email please contact us. For Online/In-person readings this email will also explain how to schedule your reading.
Please do not purchase a specific reading for another person. Instead, rather give them a gift certificate that they can use to choose a reading for themselves.
Waiting period for your appointment. If you purchased an in-person or an online (Zoom) reading, please note that Zela’s availability varies according to demand. Usually you will be able to book an appointment within 14 working days from day of purchase.
Zela requires you to provide a brief description of the situation you wish the reading on so that she can deliver the best reading possible during the session.
You may cancel your reading within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund.
We do not provide refunds for readings once they have been delivered.
You may reschedule a reading until 24 hours prior to the booking, thereafter please contact us directly.
If you are late for a reading, the time-elapsed is not refundable. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your booking is cancelled.
You missed your reading, now what? If something unforeseen happened, please contact us with an explanation. Rescheduling/re-booking is at our discretion only.
Tarot is not a replacement for medical, therapeutic, financial or legal services. We urge you to consult trained professionals for the appropriate interventions and expertise where necessary.

You will not be judged for anything you tell Zela or for your questions, issues or concerns. Our goal is to create a safe space for you.
Any information shared with Zela during the reading process will be treated as strictly confidential.
We aim to empower you by providing insight and new perspectives so that you can make your own decisions and take action. We will never profess to be an expert on your life or situation.
We do not read for third parties as they have not given their consent for this and we believe that readings centered on YOU are the most beneficial.
We will not tell your future. The best use of the cards is to gain insight into the energies of the present. We can use the cards to examine trajectories and possibilities but we believe in, and respect your free will and your ability to mould your own fate.
We do not discriminate based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or gender identity. If there is something we can do to make you feel more at home or if there are specific pronouns that you would like us to use, please let us know.
Inclusivity and accessibility. Zela tries to make her readings available to all, therefore we do not want finances to be a barrier to the accessibility of our readings. For this reason, readings are available on a sliding scale for those who need it. If you need a reading at sliding scale prices, please contact us.
Zela is not, and never will be, a predatory reader. Let’s be honest, there are some folk out there who tarnish the reputations and credibility of the rest of us. It pains us that I have to clarify this: We will not take advantage of you in any way. As such Zela might refuse to do a reading if she feels that you are too vulnerable or are developing an unhealthy dependency or over-reliance on the cards.
